The amount for the Florida Class I Wildlife Surety Bond is $10,000. The bond form is continuous in nature which means it does not expire until a cancellation notice is received from the surety company. The surety company must also give 30 days notice to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission prior to the effective cancellation date.
